Well, to begin with I learned that I own something called a "core" that I have been ignoring all my life! Since I started paying attention to it, I feel different, more in control of my body, and it works better for me. I've also learned that you can work out for 15 hours a week and not get the results you want if you don't know what you are doing. I am now getting better results from three 45 minute workouts a week than I was on my own. I was very surprised at this. 

I love training at Lean Body Fit Camp and the 3 in 1 system because it's always "fresh"; it's NEVER dull.
