I started training with Chelsea in February 2007. I originally started training so that I could lose weight, be in better shape and look good for my oldest son's Wedding in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, in November 2007. I have lost 30 pounds and 3 dress sizes since I started. I have learned how to eat healthier and not feel hungry and have added cardio exercise to my weekly routine. I feel better and have more energy. I am working on my next 30 pounds and would strongly recommend Chelsea to anyone as a well educated, highly motivational, personally committed Trainer!
